We are Joel Kamp, Chad Doane, and Michael Brower. Our passions include drinking beer, making beer, and Muskegon. Combining these passions, we have crafted Pigeon Hill Brewing Company; the best brewing company to enter Muskegon since prohibition.

ABOUT PIGEON HILL:
The massive sand dune known as Pigeon Hill was located on Muskegon Lake, near the channel. According to legend, the hill was over 300 feet tall; from the top, you could see Lake Michigan and all of Muskegon. During the late 1800s, Pigeon Hill became a popular tourist attraction, bringing visitors from across the state.

The early 1920s brought the removal of sand from Pigeon Hill for use in industrial manufacturing. By the 1960s, Pigeon Hill had been reduced to a collection of sandy bumps.

The original Pigeon Hill Club was an elite club, only those who climbed to the top of Pigeon HIll could be members. Soon, we will invite you to be part of a new Pigeon HIll Club, where anyone who enjoys exceptional beer is welcome.
